JAGUAR XK8, failed recent MOT, with the following issues being cited...
Do not drive until repaired (dangerous defects):
Offside Front Exhaust shield missing where fitted as original equipment creating a risk of fire heat shield insecure (6.1.3 (e))
Repair immediately (major defects):
Power steering pump leaking (2.1.5 (a))
Offside Rear Shock absorbers has negligible damping effect (5.3.2 (d))
Nearside Headlamp reflector seriously defective (4.1.1 (b) (ii))
Offside Rear fog lamp not working (4.5.1 (a) (ii))
Nearside Rear Shock absorbers has negligible damping effect (5.3.2 (d))
Nearside Headlamp light intensity severely reduced (4.1.4 (a))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Oil leak, but not excessive (8.4.1 (a) (i))
A quote for full repair would be appreciated, although I understand that it may be approximate until car has been seen in person.
