How long do you need to hold footage for? 3. Is there a specific room/place where I can place the recorder box? I would require a plug socket and the location would ideally need to be next to a outside wall.     Sophie Nash, posted on Monday 12 September 2022 Hi David, We require 2 cameras (one internal one external) Ideally 1 month however a 14 day cycle is also acceptable. We have a basement in this property however the door to the basement is about a meter and a half from an external wall. We would prefer the box to be behind this door as a lock is being fitted to this meaning the recorder cannot be tampered with. If not, we can look at options.
