Just moved to Evesham. Grandfather clock damaged in transit. Hook at end of right-hand cylinder chain nowhere to be seen and believe it is caught somewhere in the mechanism behind the face. Access to rear of face is available through sides. Both left-hand and center cylinder chains are OK.
