A garage converted into a room, wall built up and window included at the front of the house. Floor built up, interior walls made good and a cupboard built into existing space. Replace all current windows and doors, including french door at the rear, with double glazing. Replace all current soffits and facias. Removal of willow tree, conifers and shrubs in back garden. Remove patio and remove brick barbeque and ornamental wall. Lay new patio and build shed.
