Hello,
I wonder if you could send me a quote for a book with the following specifications if I wanted 50,100 and 200 books? I have 360 pages and 10 colour pages. Also, i would like to know if there was only one colour page and 369 black and white pages. Do you also use recycled paper? How much would it be to post the books to an address in London, England?
I also would like to know how much you would charge for typesetting if I wanted to do it in-house with you.
