One hour in the morning to get a young adult woman with autism and learning difficulties ready for the day. Needs support with personal care, breakfast and keeping her things tidy/clean.
Three hours in the evening to make/eat dinner, bath, clean up and tidy up for the day. Half an hour of a wind down activity - reading, colouring etc.
