Closed I want to get my 50cc baotian moped running

I want to get my moped running.
However, I cannot get spark by electric start, only by kickstart and I have replaced the spark plug, ignition coil, stator and cdi box. I have also drained and refilled the tank with fresh fuel, and cleaned out the carburettor.
This isn't to do with the task but I have also changed the brake fluid.
