Closed Painting and plastering repairs

Need some internal and external painting done and some plaster repairs as there are some leaks. For the internal painting it is for approx 1.5 rooms and for external walls it is mainly 2 walls. The leaks are coming through a chimney and our frenchdoors that my need some repairs.
