Remortgaging house I currently live in and need solicitor to help add partner to mortgage. All other remortgaging legalities will be carried out by lender's solicitors. Switching lender to Barclays, so must be on approved list of solicitors to work with them. Would like details of fees and timeframes to update deeds etc
