Hi. We are in the process of purchasing a property (Pinner) and would like to make the following changes along with conversion and extension. 1) Convert garage to make the bedroom bigger with dressing area and ensuit. 2) Convert kitchen to bedroom (with extension leading into study) 3) Convert study to kitchen and extend in the garden 4) Add a conservatory I would appreciate if you could help provide a quote for architectural services along with getting a planning permission from the council.
