I am looking for a topographical surveyor to establish a physical boundary on a piece of land. My late mother's property has a large garden, a small part of which is being sold off to a developer. Once the sale is complete we will need to erect a fence between the two titles. We need someone to establish the exact boundary on the ground to match the soon-to-be-registered plan.
