Closed Builder required for large bungalow extension

We are planning a series of building works to remodel and extend our 1950s bungalow in Teignmouth. We would like to know if you're interested in giving us an estimate for the first phase of the works which would comprise of:
- Extension to kitchen with utility rm (approx 4x6.5m), flat zinc-clad roof, cedar cladding
- New window in existing kitchen wall
- Additional bedroom with en suite (approx 5.5x5m), pitched roof with gable end
- Move internal walls for new bathroom and separate toilet
- New boundary retaining wall and steps to rear garden
We plan to store rubble/earth on site as we hope to have scope to include this in further ground works. Therefore disposal of waste rubble earth should not be required.
We have planning permission and building regs drawings which have been approved. Full drawings and spec can be provided.
