Hello, I'm visiting my Dad, but live in the south of France and haven't been able to see him for 4 years, because of covid and getting time off work. When I arrived I was shocked to see his overgrown beard and stringy hair. He is immobile himself and doesn't move out of his armchair. I would so much appreciate someone to come round and sort it out.
