A generator was under going servicing before it was abandoned half way(top cylinder and gasket taken off) before a deposit was made on the vessel.The was is being sold as is where is,this means I have to complete the servicing to restore power onboard.Please I need the best quote,because this is a project I am doing WITHOUT BANK support.
