My father is at present at home with carers 3/4 times a day but his dementia is getting worse. Looking maybe for a small home not a large care home. He is 82 but also has myasthenia gravis, swallowing problems where he has to eat a soft food diabetes where he has recently had a toe amputated. He has approx 30 tablets per day to take which his carers give him.
