Sir Two issues. 1)I have had a letter from Edinburgh District Council Funding Independence Team asking me to pay back care costs. I became involved with someone who has dementia in Jan. 2020 and the person was living with me, in my house. A bank account was set up to pay for carers funded by the above. 2)I also have valuables belonging to the person with dementia. This person is now in hospital and these items belong to her daughters. I am not a relative of the person with dementia and am not married to her. I am worried that a court action will be mounted against me in regard to the above two issues. Ian McVean
