Closed Cassette stuck in front loading mini hi fi

I was cleaning the heads on my panasonic mini hi fi system with a head cleaner cassette, when I pressed play, their was no movement from the cassette, it wouldn't eject either, the cassette deck was functioning perfectly before this!.
