I'm looking for a hall/studio style room that I can potentially set up a High Intensity Fitness class called Metafit. The class doesn't involve any equipment as it is all Body Weight Exercises, all I need is a set of speakers or sound system which I'm looking to explore whether venues provide this or if I need to purchase these myself. I was wondering if there's a venue, what the costs to hire would be on a 45 - 60 minute basis. I firstly need to generate interest/trial sessions to find out suitable times/days but looking either early mornings, evenings or weekend mornings. Kind Regards
