We are planning a small side extension and a dorma bedroom to our semi detached bungalow. We need advice to enable a kitchen diner with the removal of an internal wall, and installation of a staircase in the redundant chimney space with the addition of a gable end roof for head space in the dorma bedroom. We have an active householder planning application with the council, and require revised, measured plans drawing up to submit for the above proposal.
