I have recently separated from my husband and he refuses to return some of my jewellery which were given as gifts and refuses to let me take my half share of the contents of the family home. I'm looking for advice and probably a letter sent to him, but as a 65 year old woman do not have a lot of funds at my disposal. Would there be a local solicitor who doesn't charge too much?
