I am in an Internet relationship with somebody from Uganda and ultimately I would like a civil partnership. Clearly under immigration rules you have to prove that you have a relationship and that you have actually met. I want to know the best way to proceed. Would it be possible for him to come to me I’m a visitors Visa for the maximum stay so that we can see if we really want to develop a relationship even though he will have to return home again in the visitors Visa.
