Hi I have an Ultralite 480 Scooter which I currently cannot use. The steering arm has come loose and I'm unable to refix it no matter how hard I have tried. Please advise if you do Notability Scooter Repairs, do you do home visits and what's your pricing structure please. Thanks Karen
