My mum and dad need a garage converted to a bedroom, with an en suite shower room (there Is plumbing right next to where this would be) and access from the downstairs hall. The garage is integral and bottom left on the house as you look at the front door. Ultimately, time is of the essence as my father's health has deteriorated recently and rapidly. We are looking for someone who has quick availability. Thanks
