I am currently looking for a local company who can produce scaled plans of my stable block to accompany my planning application. The application is retrospective as I was unaware when the structure was assembled on site that I indeed needed full planning permission. I have submitted my application but have been informed that I need plans and ecological reports completed by qualified persons rather than the ones I have done myself. The structure consists of a 12 X 12 stable plus an attached 12 X 12 tack and storeroom. It is standing on an area of levelled hardcore installed by the previous tenants in the field adjoining and belonging to Wickeridge House in Woodland Ashburton.
