Need advice and feasibility study to improve house we are about to purchase. Put simply house is atop a hill in Bishopsteignton, with a small vehicle access/parking parallel to the road below. looking ro four things 1 widen/deepen parking/access by cutting in to the hill 2 build a garage, again cutting into the hill. 3 Improve access to house with gradient rather than current steps 4 Improve aesthetics/ appearance from roadside
