Hi there, I have a Acer chromebook 15 (touchscreen). The laptop was dropped and the screen stopped working,. there is no visible damage. The screen intermittently worked after checking and reseating the cable. however now there is nothing. the chromebook still works if connected to an external display, however I want the screen to work. I am looking for a diagnosis as to what part needs to be replaced. So a cost for that would be great, thanks Richard.

    IT Done Right, posted on Thursday 9 June 2022 Hi Thank you, appreciate it. A replacement touchscreen is £106.99 and should arrive next day. To fit and test it will be £40 and can fit it the same day it arrives. If happy to go ahead, just require the £106.99 upfront so can order the replacement screen and can pay the remaining £40 once done and ready to collect. I can send my bank details over if happy to go ahead. Sorry I forgot to mention, I'm in Basildon but Canvey is not too far if ok to drop it off to me when the screen arrives and can fit it, should take about a hour or 2 at the most to fit Kind regards Ian
