My son and daughter in law are visiting from the USA with two babies one aged 3 months and the other 18 months. The babies are UK citizens but residing in the USA. Currently not registered with the NHS. They are both coughing and have diarrhoea symptoms. They were due to fly back yesterday but could not. We now need a letter from the GP to confirm the illness so that the airline does not penalise us.
