  James herbert Merritt, posted on Tuesday 31 May 2022 I am employed by a housing association and I am being disciplined by them and I have asked for a compromise agreement to leave even though I am not guilty of any offence. It seems they would like to sack me anyway. I'm 63 Yeats old so it will be difficult to get another job. They have offered one months notice and five days leave entitlement. I don't think that is a fair offer.
