Three bedroomed bungalow needs carpeting throughout - 68 sq metres, all one product, suggest a five and a four metre width to complete, PLUS (as a separate proposal), a tiled kitchen to have tiles removed as unstable, replaced with cushion floor. This will require likely leaving whatever tile-width of tile beneath fitted cabinets, then covering the whole. Same applies to small bathroom. We are located near Spital Station.
