I have a fenchurch Grand mother clock that was purchased by my late father back in 1990, sadly after his passing last year I have now got the clock that was left to me. My father has never has the clock serviced during his ownership and since I have acquired the clock I had found that its time keeping was slowly falling behind and most recently the chimes was getting and appears to struggle to play. Over the past month, they have now stopped altogether. I'm pretty sure nothing has broken and I'm hoping that the clock just needs a good service as looking the workings, there is a certain amount of dust which has accumulated over the workings. Could you please provide me with an estimate for the cost to service the clock and if possible can this be done at the home address (B24 9BP).
