I have a planning permission to convert an office building into 7 flats in Aldershot town center, but this application was submitted before permitted development legislation came into place. I want an expert opinion from a planning consultant to advise if I can get a permission for additional 2 flats at the rear which is a big hall that is going to be demolished.
