I need counselling to help my daughter with bi polar depression. She’s off school at the moment and I’m finding it hard to cope as are the other family members. She is on medication and tried counselling but gave it up. I have suffered with depression in the past and I understand what she’s going through. She does talk to me about her feelings but I just want to be sure I’m saying the right things to her.
