Hello, We are in the process of buying a house at the moment (3 bedroom property NR2 postcode area). We received the survey report which indicates there are issues with dampness on some walls and also woodworm. Would it be possible to get a free inspection and quote about the seriousness of the condition and the repair costs involved?
