Hello gates experts ! We have some wooden gates which need some TLC. The spec of proposed work is as follows : Inspect existing 2 pairs of Wooden drive way gates. To prevent gates dragging on gravel, 1) repair gates where sagging and 2) raise gates higher 1.5-2” higher off ground to give clearance by reattaching existing hinges. Advise, supply and install suitable gate stop for when gates opened and closed - the existing dropping bolts are no longer aligned with their holes in the drive and become clogged with gravel anyway.
