Looking for an advice regarding a penalty duties and wrong penalty duties from a seized lorry with goods kn 2018. After several correspondence a period of silence of Hmrc now they sending me an email in which they asking me if I want to pay or going to court. The amount they are looking for from me is 43000 pounds! That lorry with goods wasn’t mine but because they cannot find or try to find the owner of it now they are asking me for the goods taxes. Waiting an answer from you with great interest.
