Leak found in a mains water (after stop cock) copper pipe (connecting to a plastic pipe) which appears to supply mains to elsewhere in the house, in the concrete flooring (pipework has been exposed) under the hot press. The leak has been stopped by turning off the main stop cock. In addition, but completely separate from the above, there is a drip coming from an existing copper pipe join/end, which is also located in the hot press/airing cupboard.
