HallmarkHulme Solicitors, posted on Thursday 5 May 2022 It is my understanding that you should initially contact the cemetery office so that they can prepare the relevant paperwork for you to transfer the grave deed into the name of your son. They will probably prepare a Statutory Declaration which you will then need to have signed before a Solicitor/Commissioner for Oaths who will charge £5 plus £2 for each exhibit, which is payable in cash to the person who administers the Declaration for you.
