I have 'lateral hip pain' which causes pain in my hips and knees. I am a hairdresser so I'm up in my feet all day and leaning over basins and chairs all day so my back is left in pain aswell. Im not really sure what I'd need as I've never really looked into this but I would like to try and see if there is anything that can be done to help.
