My employer is consistently underpaying me - I know this to be true as I went on a paid holiday for 9 days, and on my payslip (which I had to chase my HR rep for) does not include it. I have worked with this company for over 2 months and do not receive payslips unless I complain to HR, even then it proves futile most attempts. My question is: what do I do about this? I continue to work for this company yet I my basic working rights are not met.
