We are non citizens from the USA living in Bangor Northern Ireland and my husband has terminal bone and spine Melanoma he needs palliative home care with pain medication ! We have exhausted everything that can be done in the USA and he wants to pass in Northern Ireland where our daughter and grandchildren live! Can we get the care he needs
