Looking to get the chimney breasts removed in the ground and first floor of a semi-detached house. We have structural engineer drawings and calculations already. We are in the process of drawing up the party wall agreement. If the work can take place this summer then the house will be unoccupied and unfurnished, so less to protect from dust etc.
