Hello there, We are in the process of purchasing a property in Ash Vale, Surrey. In this regard would you be able to carry out a 'House Buyers Survey' for us, which sits mid-range I guess with such things, as we are a retired couple moving into the area from South Wales and are moving Mortgage Free,but still need an expert opinion of the bungalow we have chosen to make an offer on.
