Closed Wine Tasting Evening

I am just a parent at a school in Swanley and was googling fundraising ideas and came across one which seems pretty popular in the US which was a wine tasting evening. I am pretty new to this and I apologise if I am going about this the wrong way, but I haven't mentioned this idea to the school yet either as I just wanted to get some figures before bringing the idea to the PTA and I can't guarantee that they will go for it. But, I thought it would be worth a try as I can see it being a popular event. If we did hold a wine tasting event, would you be interested in providing the wine and would there be a percentage of sales that the school would get for each bottle/case sold and how much would you charge for attending the event? Please accept my apologies if this is something you are not interested in but I just found an idea and ran with it. Kind regards
