Hello myself and my partner are currently in the process of buying our first house. We have a mortgage advisor and a mortgage in principle and we are actively looking at houses and making offers in the Bodmin area. We are currently awaiting feedback on an offer. We now need to look at finding a solicitor/conveyancer in preparation for the next step in this process. Is this something you would be able to do please and what are your fees please and any other relevant information. Kind regards
