We are replacing the floors in an old Victorian property and as part of this, we are looking for a builder who can take up the floor boards, level the joists (the floor is currently wonky) and install a soundproofing wool and a sub floor. This is a two bedroom flat and we would like the work done in both bedrooms, the hallway, and the lounge.
