Hi, i am not sure this would be a sports injury as i do not take part in high intensity or endurance sports but the last 3-4 weeks the left side of my shoulder/shoulder blade and neck have been very stiff and i have been in intense agony with it. it isnt something i have experienced before, sometimes i get a pain down my left arm towards my elbow i have to say some days are worse than others when i questioned my doctor about it he advised me to see a sports therapist!! I have problems sleeping as i struggle to find a suitable position that is comfortable enough to avoid discomfort through the night. Hoping someone can help as it does get me down and i dont have any faith in my GP to help with this. many thanks
