I am having cavity insulation installed and the installer requires every 3rd brick removed around the footings and the cavity vacuumed to remove sand potentially causing damp. 2 sides of a 3 bed detached house require doing. This needs completion within the next 2 weeks Im on Glenmere Crescent FY5 1QD
