Currently have a house under offer but the survey has thrown up it needs the roof replaced a new DPC and possible floor replacement. Knew it needed a replacement for back boiler and new kitchen and bathroom. Please could you quote for this work if you have availability to do it to complete before September. If not we need to pull out and start looking again. Many thanks
