Previously suffered a tear in MCL (right knee) around 4 years ago. Waiting list took so long with NHS that my knee healed. During recovery I put a lot of weight on and relied on my left knee a lot to the point this knee started having pain. Now dealing with what I think is painful Patella Tendons in both knees and would like to strengthen them as it affects my ability to walk some days. DOB: 04/98
