I am joint owner and will be designated landlord of a property near Beulah in Mid Wales that needs an EICR. It is a 2 storey house with adjacent barn. The house has 5 small bedrooms, 4 rooms downstairs. The barn is open plan over 2 floors. There is 1 consumer unit for both spaces, aprox 8 to 10 circuits from memory. There are storage heaters in the house with a separate control unit (of trip switches/fuses). The barn is not residential and has 1 light and 1 power circuit. I wondered what you would charge for doing the EICR and whether you would be available this/next week (ideally) or the week after. Thank you, Tomas Lewis
